Supplied with 3-Pin flex & plug for simple DIY installation. Requires a switched surface socket for DIY installation. The small 250mm model suits small to medium bathrooms or powder rooms with a maximum ceiling height of 3m. Minimum ceiling clearance of 220mm above unit required for optimum performance. 3-Year Replacement Warranty. Not suitable for installation above shower.
