QLD Smoke Alarm Installation Service

It's not a choice, smoke alarm legislation is the law. The New Queensland Smoke Alarm legislation deadline is just a few months away. All properties rented or sold in Queensland are required to meet these new regulations from 1st January 2022.

Under the new legislation, every Queensland residence will need to be fitted with photoelectric, interconnected smoke alarms in all bedrooms as well as hallways or between areas containing bedrooms. Failure to comply may result in the dismissal of insurance claims for damage, personal injury or loss of life.

Make sure you are totally covered by making a booking today to upgrade your smoke alarms to comply with the new law.
