Dornoch Terrace is everything I would have drawn in my ‘dream house’ drawings as a kid. An escalator servicing three floors, a television that comes out of the ceiling, an infinity pool with a relaxation area, and a living area that opens up to an outside dining area overlooking Highgate Hill.

Kitchen & Dining

Started from the bottom, now, we’re here, Estia Constructions and JD Lighting have partnered yet again to create something beautiful from what was once a vacant lot along the riverside. Floating above the main dining area hangs a custom-made brass Lampada pendant as a statement piece to the room. The variation of textures used in this property range from large stone wall features, black quartzite countertops and splashbacks, white dolomite island bench, timber floorboards, and beautifully crafted tiling for the outside area. The interior lighting is comprised of both surface-mounted Luna downlights in matte black and Premio anti-glare downlights, both by the brand Lampada.

Bedroom & Leasure

The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, including the master resort-style bedroom with a walk-in-robe and a floor-to-ceiling limestone ensuite with gold fittings. The cinema room fits a ten-seater and AC, lighting, and chairs are controlled with a central remote. The bathrooms were fit out with two of our top-rated exhaust fans: the Eglo Inferno which provides heat and light while extracting moisture, and the Ventair Airbus!

Outdoor Entertainment

Our security systems for this property were comprised of the Lampada Fortezza single and double spotlights with motion sensors, offering the tenants style in the sleek black design as well as peace of mind. Exterior lights were to match the matte black theme of this property, we supplied Tivah lights and garden spike lights!
